I was hoping to do that today too, but when I got up, imagine my surprise when I was greeted by green grass! It really shouldn't be allowed to rain at Christmas and take all the lovely snow away. Sheesh.
I think Rowdie and Moses need shoes to keep their feet warm and dry. We don't have snow here for our dogs to play in so how should I know that? My PETA manual tells me so. :-)
Thanks, Jim! Actually, this is Trouble with Moses. He was Rowdy's predacessor, another beautiful Springer. This is one of my favorite photos of the boys, taken their last winter together. Maybe I'll post more shots of the two of them later this week, in this same woods. Time marches on...
