Farewell to an Old Friend

It's a sad day today for all the Pop'rs Family, especially Aunt Julie and Uncle Lynn. Our Old Friend Trouble passed away Saturday.

Those of you who follow us regularly are familiar with Trouble, aka Trouble Elizabeth, aka Captain Underpants. He became a member of the family as a puppy. He lived to the Ripe Old Age of 16. We're gonna miss him!

He is your friend, your partner, your defender, your dog.
You are his life, his love, his leader.
He will be yours, faithful and true,
to the last beat of his heart.
You owe it to him to be worthy of such devotion.

Sixteen years is a very long time to get used to a furry family member and then lose them. I'm so sorry for your loss.

And marrdy is right - All dogs do go to Heaven!

Sorry for your loss. A pet absolutely is part of the family and is felt by all. How fortunate yours did live such a long life, but it is never easy.

Have the best day possible!

Oh, I'm sooo sooo sorry!!! Those of us that have ever shared our lives with an animal are truly blessed. 16 years is a long time for God to loan such a beautiful animal to you! May you be comforted by all of your memories with Trouble.
